This kid didn't have a semi automatic and a SWAT trained officer on site BigmanPigman Mar 2018 #1
It appears he used a glock 9mm. It is a semi-automatic pistol, like most ffr Mar 2018 #3
Actually the officer had a much better chance of taking the shooter down because the kid did NOT Still In Wisconsin Mar 2018 #2

have an assault rifle. If there was ever an argument for making AR-15 and similar rifles impossible to get this would be it. The kid had a handgun- probably semiauto- but NOT a military rifle with a 30 round mag. Had the shooter been armed like the one in Florida, the deputy would have been severely outgunned. Thankfully he was not.

to ban weapons of war. Would have been so much worse if a 100 clip AR 15 type of gun used.
