Interest rates are going up!

The Feds are raising the rate 1/4 of a percent! May not sound like a lot, but for the middle class, it's major increase!

tax cut -> higher deficit -> more bonds need to be sold -> higher interest to attract investors

The value of the dollar versus the euro and the pound has dropped a lot since Trump took office. Rising interest rates and a falling dollar, what fun!
