Is it better to pass a simple piece of legislation to protect the Special Counsel now and prevent a constitutional crisis...?
Or wait until the crisis happens and then try to figure out what to do?
It seems so logical and common sensical but some folks in Washington are having a difficult time with this very real scenario.
