Mr. Biden may have simply realized that if he provoked Trump, he'd get a stupid response.

After all, who is more important to our current politics: a former vice president of the current president? Trump's response is ridiculous.

By the way, I'll be very surprised if Mr. Biden runs for office again.

In fact, I heard him say things along that same line - once about a guy who broke my heart. He threatened - he never acted. I wouldn't have let it happen, but it still showed exactly how angry the situation had made him.

So I take it as more bluster, or, yes, trolling, and think people are unnecessarily getting their knickers and y-fronts in a rather uncomfortable twist.

He is one of the few that can do this. That said, I’d vote for Biden if he ran. I’m certain he’d actually pivot to being presidential.
