My big fear is this distracting chaos will leave the door open to another big terror attack

Everyone is watching the nightmare enfolding in the administration. Embassy positions remain vacant. So many governmental positions are still unfilled. The agencies designed to protect us are being distracted, defending themselves from attacks by the so-called CinC and are also focused on Russia.

And now toss Bolton into the mix. I put nothing past him. He'd do most anything to trigger his catastrophic fantasies of war, war and more war.

I used to hope that trump* would be gone by December. Now I fear it might be us.

Our country is weakening by the day, with massive divisiveness and chaos.

A terrorist attack, much like 9/11, could result in the country unifying...even temporarily. The last thing the terrorists want.

When your enemy is busy destroying itself, you get out of the way.

I admit I am spiraling really bad, right now. I'm heading out into the sunshine for some much needed brightness.

We know it's coming, but I don't see that much is being done to stop it.

Russia has it's thumb on the kill switch for our power grid. This is the most terrifying threat to the nation.
I highly recommend you read Ted Koppel's book Lights Out.
This is very real and very scary stuff. In his book, Koppel and the many of experts he interviews warn that it is not a matter of if but when our power grid goes down.

Maybe those evil, deep state intelligence agencies have been doing more than just being mean to President Whineypants.

That they'll allow putin to cyber attack us to then blame others for it , like Iran. Notice he says nothing about it, ever. Now the charges against Iran for cyber crimes?
