Bolton: The insane advising the stupid could kill us all

Last edited Fri Mar 23, 2018, 04:39 PM - Edit history (2)

John Bolton, the guy with the white mustache who looks like a walrus, is insane.

I remember that during the George W. years, the invasion of Iraq, etc., Bolton was coming across to the media as so unhinged and inflammatory, that he was pushed out of sight. Even the Republican controlled senate wouldn't confirm him as ambassador to the United Nations because they believed he was nuts.

I rarely switch to Fox "news," but I understand he is a regular there. And since he's on Fox spouting his usual crazy shit, it seems that qualifies him to be the National Security Adviser to Fox's number one fan, Donald Trump.

Bolton has had a long-time serious hard on for attacking Iran and North Korea.

So within a couple of weeks, we're going to have a totally bonkers war monger in the White House, advising a supremely stupid man. What could go wrong?

This position, does not need to be confirmed by congress. So I suppose the Republicans are just going to sit around, waiting to see what happens?

The combination of Trump and Bolton is a clear and present danger, -- as dangerous as you could possibly imagine. Unfortunately, impeachment takes too long to put into motion. And the 25th Amendment is not about to be invoked given the boot-lickers in Trump's cabinet.

So here's my advice. Find an old school desk and practice "duck and cover" which is what children did in the 1950s to prepare for a nuclear attack.

Aside from that, there doesn't seem to be much else we can do except blame Trump voters for bringing about this danger to the survival of humans on planet Earth. And, no, I'm not being overly dramatic. I'm talking about a madman and a moron who have the power to launch nuclear weapons.

1. Yes, it's damn scary and concerning. Anyone not alarmed isn't paying attention ... or want it.

The pick of Bolton was no accident. I really think he was picked to help enable a preemptive attack on Iran and/or North Korea. How is this stopped. I wonder, will the military refuse to carry out the orders ...

and what a danger he poses. Educating people takes time. But in two weeks, this nut will be sitting in the Oval Office advising the moron. There really is no time to wake people up to the horrific decision to let Bolton anywhere near the levers of power.
