He said he came finally forward as a result of the 2016 election. CA (Bannon and the Mercers) are all being considered as violating campaign laws and Mueller and his investigation are interested in speaking with Wylie too.

Being a completely imbedded tech is the best informant we could hope to get!
At least he had the balls to come forward.
