That's what I've learned to do. I was never very political until after 9/11. I always voted before, but that trauma scared me witless! So that's when I woke up and decided I needed to learn more about what was going on in the country and in the world - I found DU in early 2003 which has contributed immensely to my education - and I've since worked on three (Democratic) congressional campaigns!
