Report: Trump supporters file paperwork to get on Texas ballot

Or for a more accurate headline: Trump slips people money to get attention as he screams, "Look at me! ME! ME! ME!"

Supporters of Donald Trump have filed paperwork with Texas’ secretary of state that would allow the real estate magnate to get on the ballot in the Lone Star State, conservative Internet website The Blaze reported late Sunday.

The Blaze reports that Trump acknowledged the filing in a statement released late Sunday.

“I am aware and flattered by this filing by my supporters in Texas,” Trump said in a statement. “I have not authorized anyone to act on my behalf and am not a candidate for president at this time. I will not, however, rule out a third-party candidacy if the Republicans nominate a candidate who cannot defeat Obama and I recently changed my party registration in New York state to preserve my legal option to appear on the ballot in all 50 states if I do decide to run.”

The leaks to The Blaze — which is closely associated with controversial talk-show host Glenn Beck, who questioned President Barack Obama’s birth certificate and claimed Obama is racist and a closet communist — could indicate the ideological tenor that a Trump presidential campaign might take. During an earlier flirtation with a White House bid last summer, Trump repeatedly questioned if Obama was born in the United States.

I don't think he has any real intention to run, though. It would require he be exposed to more personal scrutiny than he's comfortable with. Even still, he's enjoying the attention he gets from all his faux outrage.

She's decided hiding behind Trump's hair and tagging along for the ride is her best shot at making it to the Presidential race. When the wind blows just right you can just catch a glimpse of her eyes rolling around up there. It's chilling, really.

amount of money to pump it back up. And as we have all suspected our votes will not matter anymore. It only takes money to become CIC of the USA. Listening to most of the Republicans who are running I now understand it is not the presidential seat that is to be filled. It will, if Republicans win, the Christian Preacher of the United States. Separation of State and Religion will become just an old wives tale. We will become the second North Korea of the world. I just had the worst Christmas season of my 79 years and I do not know if I can take anymore. I have to admit Republicans did not cause that but just added to it.
