"I told you so"

I signed up for facebook because my church group was communicating that way. Then one of the members started playing "Farmville" and then it got weird.
Fortunately I had lied about every bit of information they requested. Except, of course, my URL.

We must establish inalienable privacy rights.

Stuff I search for and such. Keep my information in-house, use it to refine ads to me. Facebook needs to make a livin ' too. But don't sell it to 3rd parties and don't harvest my contacts' info for sale to the lowest bidder.

When I search Google or look at Facebook I'm making a deal with that entity, not every swinging dick that can get access to that platform.

I give my information for services rendered. If it gets sold i want a piece of the action.
