Trumps favorability is down to 38%; unfavorability polling at a whopping 59%.

This, of course, is simply one poll. But it's definitely going in the right direction.

His favorability has been below 40% before. It goes down, it goes up, it goes down again.....rinse, repeat.

The bottom line is that he will ALWAYS have 35-40% of the public thinking he is doing a good job. I'm not sure it will ever go below 35%. Ridiculous as that seems.
