I knew a short little woman that wore heels all the time.

By the time she was 29 years old, her feet had become deformed from them.

She had to wear them constantly because if she didn't the pain was horrific.

So she'd run around the house in PJs and heels.

UGH is all I can say other than I've always hated high heels as they really suck!

Her achilles tendons had become so shortened as a result that she couldn't wear flats at all or walk flat-footed. She had high-heeled slippers. I ditched those things years ago (and never had anything as high as Melania's).

Decades of high-heel wearing (4-5" stilettos) left her with shortened tendons, making flats really painful to wear. I wore them occasionally when I was young and 'dressing up.' Then also ditched them for comfort. Plus when my mother was wearing them back in the day, the toes were very pointy. So, you were not only walking on your toes but jamming your piggies together.

Crazy when you think about it. Don't care how good your legs look, your feet and calves are forever ruined.

OK not 4 inch stilettos, but 2-3 inches. Every Sunday - no matter how much the choir has to stand. All of my band concerts. I can even push racks of music stands and chairs across the school from the band room to the auditorium wearing 'em. No corns or bunions on these 70 year old feet. I plan wearing heels until I am ready to push up daisies - and then be buried in them. Rest of the time I am barefoot or in good tennis shoes or hiking boots. I love the way I feel in my heels - strong, confident, and yes I little taller. I am slightly vertically challenged.

The shoes Melania wears look uncomfortable to me, but it is her feet. At least she walks gracefully in them. Gotta give her that.

But why should we be surprised that he lies about his height and weight? He's the father of lies.
