I'm in Facebook Jail for a week. Look at my heinous crime!!!

I've been in FB jail many times, and always for something ridiculous, and NOT AGAINST COMMUNITY STANDARDS. Since I am a die hard Anti-trump poster, and in general an Anti-'Murican-Stupidity poster, I suspect it's some of my white wing "friends" who report me (for instance my picture of 2 young women making cupcakes got me a week in jail , no nudity, no sex, just used it for emphasis on a post), but each time FB told me someone had "reported" me for my crime.
There is no due process, no appeal, you just get booted off.
But the latest one takes the cake. Or should I say "cupcakes"? There's nothing from Facebook that says I was "reported" (East Germany 1970 much?) they just removed it themselves. LOOK AT THE PIC then LOOK AT THE CHARGES AGAINST ME! There's absolutely nothing in the charges that appears in my pic...especially SEXUAL CONTENT INVOLVING MINORS!!!!
WTF?
I copied the pic from a friend's page, and it is still up there, as it should be, no problem, just a funny pic of a funny moment at a family outing....

THE FACEBOOK STRUGGLE IS REAL!

They don't like pictures of ugly people or naked men. Yeah, I'd say misogyny is a theme at FB. I got a nastygram from them yesterday for such a post (but not jail time). A friend posted a vintage pic of "maidens" dancing in a field to celebrate Spring. I responded with a similar vintage pic (looked to be from the 40s-50s), except the dancers were nude, and one was male. Couldn't see anything, it was sepia-toned and grainy. But they removed it within 20 minutes and made me answer several questions about their "policy" before I could log back into my account.

And YES, I did report someone, for the first time ever.
As a scale model builder, a hobby I've been practicing for 60 years, unbelievably, I'm in lots of model-related Facebook groups. One of them being the TAMIYA group (it's a world famous kit producer in Japan).
A modeler had posted some pictures of an EXCELLENT build of a Tamiya motorcycle. In most of the pictures, you could see that he had a severe birth defect, only a thumb and 1 finger on each hand. Yet he was showing great skill at modeling and painting, and when some posters mentioned it, not in a bad way, but more like "you go pal", he had nothing but upbeat and positive responses about his condition.

BUT, there were a few folks who posted nasty, hurtful and gratuitously insulting comments about his hands. I felt that this was bullying, and in the extreme, so I reported their comments as such to Facebook...and...they did *absolutely nothing*, apparently you can fire away at physically challenged folks on Facebook with impunity...but if you post something cheesy....you're going down!

More importantly, do you see what they charged me with?
OFFERS OF SEXUAL SERVICES. SOLICITATION OF SEXUAL MATERIAL. THREATS OR DEPICTIONS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE. THREATS TO SHARE INTIMATE IMAGES. ANY SEXUAL CONTENT INVOLVING MINORS.

THIS is why I'm mad. There are NONE of those thing in the image, and I SHOULD NOT BE ACCUSED OF ANY OF THE ACTIONS, ESPECIALLY INVOLVING MINORS! There's not a minor anywhere in the photo, but they add that to the list.

Their CHARGES are vulgar!

Who would take the time to do something that mundane??? With absolutely NO target demographic.
I guarantee you it's a holiday or picnic snap. The lady accidentally sat down on a slice of Velveeta. Or is that Vulgarveeta?

i would think there's dozens of other objects a photoshopper would have placed there before they EVER thought of a slice of cheese.

____veeta. (too vulgar to type out the name)

No, I think that's photoshopped. Where it is placed, she would have felt it, lying on her side like that. But whether it is or not, it COULD be, so that's enough to fall into the category of harassment or bullying or the like. That it's cheese makes it even worse.

You can put a picture of yourSELF on FB with a piece of sausage on your lap (if you're male), and get away with it probably.

That's just my guess.

They could just as easily call it RealPeopleWithStuffPhotoshoppedOnThemBook. That's about 40% of the content.
And if they thought I was bullying someone, why did they charge me with all the sex stuff PLUS minors?
Sorry, you're miles off.
And why is it still available to be seen by anyone on my friend's page? They didn't jail her.

Plus there are several beer cans surrounding her. I don't think she's feeling a thing.

35. I'm just telling you...that's what harassment is.
Fri Apr 20, 2018, 10:33 PM
Apr 2018

If you put a pic of a real person on the internet and make vulgar comments about it, and photoshop something on it, or anything not with permission that is considered vulgar, that is the essence of harassment.

Next time, use a drawn figure, and it won't be banned.

You seemed perplexed why the pic was banned. I'm telling you. You just don't want to believe it. But you better, or you'll be banned again.

(BTW...it's not up to the poster to decide whether the person in a harassing pic should or should not be offended by it. The harasser doesn't get to decide that. If that were the case, then nothing would be considered harassment, right? Not that you were intentionally doing that...but it could be that. It may have even been the woman in that pic who flagged it.)

So next time use a pic of yourself with a sausage stuck on the front of your swimsuit, and you'll be safe.

and I have absolutely no control over them, or what they do with them later. It's a different world now. In the 70s, the professional photographer that you paid was the only one allowed to take pics, and you got to carefully choose what the public got to see.

It's a free for all now, I feel for the lady you write about but getting your feelings hurt on FB is pretty much a 24/7/365 probability.

The bully went on her open fb page and stole her pics then made fun of her to her face over and over and said horrible things about her features. The b ully had stolen several of her pics off her page. Fb did not care a bit even though their TOS say they won't allow that so I disagree that making fun of a woman nobody knew or could identify for having cheese stuck to her butt was the problem.
