What is the point of introducing legislation that cant pass at a time when our country

is metaphorically on fire and democracy is dying?

Do those who want a guaranteed jobs bill willing to acknowledge that without veto proof House and Senate it is impossible and we are at a minimum 6 years from that?

Some people like to throw out ideas (and criticism!!) but never seem willing/able to do the heavy lifting of building coalitions to actually achieve success. I mean there aren't even cameras around for that stuff, it's for grunts!

Just think, in two years you can look up senators who voted for and against said bill. Won't that be fun?

However, we only have two years to fix it. If trump wins in 2020 Obama will have been the last actual president this country will have had. Trump is a dictator and his win would mean our country is over.
