This doesn't have anything to do with her facial construct.

Blogs talk about Meghan Markle's "smoky eye" makeup effect all the time. It's a technique that creates a positive makeup effect.

The point of Michelle Wolf's joke was that the makeup that Huckabee uses is made from the ashes of the truth that she incinerates on a daily basis.

This was ginned up to generate outrage against Wolf, and some Dems are taking the bait.
