Are these non POC representative of many or even most? Didn't more than half of the non POC community vote for the fascist traitor knowing god damn well he was a sexual assaulter and a liar and a criminal and buddy buddy with Putin???

I was just wondering. I mean, if we are gonna discuss words describing some folks, why not discuss some of these folks?

Or maybe this is America?

It is ignorant white wing gun-fancying, racist America. Hard to dispute it, unless one is trying Hoyt May 2018 #2

And I'm writing a strongly worded letter to the manager letting them know why.

The 2nd Amendment and responsible gun ownership is, and always has been, part of America. So has the "non POC community."
The party's platform pretty much says that.

Your fantasy of some kind of existing fascism is nonsense.

Every Republican elected -- either to the presidency, Congress, governorship or state legislatures -- has lead us downhill away from the ideals our country was founded on. I doubt the Voting Rights Act could be passed at this time, and god knows what they've done to scientific research and the environment. Intelligence is disparaged, ignorance is celebrated, and baseness is the order of the day, hence having a pussy-grabber as president.

I'm glad I grew up during the IGY (International Geophysical Year) in the 1950s, when we admired people who were smart, and during the civil rights movement, when we admired people who were courageous.

I also miss the draft, when ordinary citizens had a stake in the military adventurism Congress and the president seem to love. There was a lot of interest in ending the Vietnam war because it might affect you or someone you love. Now we have the longest running war in our country's history, and no one seems to give a shit. I teach near a Marine base, and the kids just accept that Mommy or Daddy's off on his fifth tour to Iraq or Afghanistan, and they're going to miss another birthday or Christmas or even graduation.
