Iran has been ceded to the Sino-Russian alliance by Spanky. The deal itself will morph into a Russia-China-Iran mutual defense pact for Iran along with full SCO membership.

Erdogan is going to eventually take Turkey to SCO as well.

The Europeans will honor it and trade with the Iranians, ignoring US sanctions. If we retaliate against the EU, then expect a full blown trade war.
