Third step, ply the lawyer with a huge cash retainer and not a lot of work and you have Cohen and Trump and Cohen's tiny but wealthy stable of cash paying rich white men and rich corporations seeking influence with Cohen's old but suddenly new rainmaker client from heaven.
Except now a real law degree from a real law school and a really good lawyer would come in handy, but what does Trump do? Chums over counsel. Sad!
