These middlemen are the pharmacy benefit managers, and they stifle competition by acting in cahoots with big harma to block generic drug companies, sucking billions into their own pockets and preventing drug prices from dropping.

4. Like he lowered health care premiums,

Which he claimed he would do and then e caused the premiums to skyrocket, and they say they'll increase 90% in 2-3 years. So putting this into reality is probably like what W did and they increased 400% under him, trump will allow that to spike straight up just like he's caused oil prices to go higher now. Its all a scam, an act to him.
