Joy asked so many questions which neither she nor her guests could answer. How are the fucking moron, Cohen and Schneiderman connected and if the moron had dirt on Schneiderman why didn't he use it before (to help with tRump University problems/lawsuits). Also, why is this info now sealed by a judge?

in a brief (written argument) for why his request should be granted. That means some citations to cases or statutes, and an argument as to why those authorities apply. All he did today was submit a letter with no legal basis for why the judge should seal the documents relating to his clients. That isn't enough.

I am not too sharp when it comes to legal jargon, etc. I just read the letter again and after your explanation I sort of get it now. I am still really confused about the moron's modeling business and prostitutes. I read about that earlier on DU today so I am catching up. Thanks!

and why I think Trump didn't disclose his kompromat on Schneiderman. Also, in 2013 Spanky was considering running for governor, and maybe he thought it was more important to have an AG he "owned" on account of having this damaging information on him.
