It has to be being done on purpose just to confuse us so its difficult to focus on just one crime when there are hundreds.

Google up what Gleason was doing at the time.

He put up his own home as security to procure bail for a prominent NY madam.

The reason the women didn't go to the police is likely because they were prostitutes, for whom going to the police is problematic. It is doubly problematic if they would also run into visa problems from having been trafficked by Trump's modeling agency.
