which do you think is more likely in the course of his testimony (if both are equally likely in your opinion, which will occur first in the chronological course of his testimony):
A) reaching one dozen (12) statements that are later charged as perjury
B) reaching one half dozen (6) admissions to felonies, even if he doesn't realize it at the time, which are later charged
I've got my own opinion on this (admittedly arbitrary) question, but I'm curious what other people would say, and why.
