Will it work for me?
If I get pulled over for having a tail light out, or even better having my license plate light out (which happened), and the police notice there is something terribly illegal on my backseat, can I get off by loudly whining "that's not what you pulled me over for, it's a witch hunt"? Maybe if I cap WITCH HUNT?
