Breaking from @washingtonpost: Roger Stone says in May 2016 he met with a Russian man who offered damaging information about Hillary Clinton in exchange for $2 million, which Stone says he rejected:

1: Why did he meet him in the first place.
2 : He actively sought the information.
3 : Did not report it to the FBI.
4 : Why now, have this information turned up in discovery from say Michael Cohen's text messages?

He will state he was truthful about rejecting the $2M price. He counter-offered $1.5M and the settled at $1.7M. So he wasn't lying!
