45. Someone on either MSNBC or CNN was talking to a reporter on the ground near this place

early this morning. They were talking about all the activity during the night. Trucks coming and going, shipments of stuff coming in, etc. They had been keeping an eye on the place watching for kids arriving. I told my husband I bet they were going to let cameras in and were designing a nice set. Lo and behold, Melania arrives "unexpectedly." Right. Add that to the BS list.

Here's Argentina's Gen. Videla, in 1978, with a 4 year-old girl.

The photo was taken around the time 500 infants were taken from their mothers in captivity (political prisoners), to be sold to friends of the regime. The mothers were then thrown alive into the Atlantic.

PR firm Burson Marsteller had urged Videla to avoid using his uniform as much as possible, and to be seen with children.
