Why was Sarah Sanders in Lexington, VA?

It's 3 hours drive from DC, closer by plane, I'm sure, but did she just hop on down to a city which overwhelmingly voted against rump just to enjoy dinner in a nice locavore restaurant? It kind of takes away from the purpose of eating locavore.
I haven't heard anything about her reason for being there. Seems like there would have been some article saying, "Sarah Sanders, in Lexington, VA for a meeting with other douche bags, blahblahblah".

I'd like reassurance that this, Miller's, and Nielsen's hecklings (both in Mexican restaurants, for christ's sake), were not deliberate attempts to achieve the responses they did.
