1. Trump sows hate and impatience everywhere in our country.

It's hard to know how to cut through that.

I think there is a path between the Maxine Waters' confrontational and Nancy Pelosi's acquiescent styles.

We stick with each other and confront Trump's ugliness with love and beauty and peace, but we do confront that nasty Trumpiness no matter what.

We are the majority of the people. Let's don't forget that.

2. I can live happily in a party that includes both Waters' and Pelosi's arguments...

...we are a wide coalition and we need our committed Democrats to be out there pushing the envelope, or we will only play defense.

3. Nancy, there comes a time to slap back at the no-nothings. They don't hesitate for one minute

to throw punches, tell lies, whine, abuse children, abuse women and mothers.

They need to sit in the corner with a huge time-out. Leave Maxine alone, she's just telling them what they are. If they don't like it, I have some ear plugs they can borrow.

4. Pelosi apparently didn't follow her own advice.

Whatever the right or wrong of their differing approaches, she handed out a very public rebuke to one of our own. Pelosi could have contacted Ms. Waters and engaged her in private.

Your responds to Maxines tweet
is predictable but unacceptable.
You just keep that strategy up
and Trump lies and deceits will prevail
in 2020. That would be catastrophic.
We must resist every legal way possible.
Including shaming those in the administration who lie for him.
