Avenatti is definitely WTF? with good reason. WHY would she name him? That's odd.

(22,020 posts)3. Wonder if her attorney thinks Avenatti knows something they would like to know?
That's the only thing I can think of. But then why name him as a defendant??

(40,220 posts)4. I wonder if it's for defamation
Avenatti has questioned whether its Broidy who actually got her pregnant, leaving a suggestion it could have been Trump. Maybe shes arguing that implying she had sex with Trump is damaging to her reputation. Good luck with that.

(14,167 posts)10. Avenatti knows something. And maybe they are trying to shut him down.
Maybe his loudmouthedness is intentional?
Either way, I like him and am glad we also have this type of Democrat on our side.

(22,020 posts)11. Perhaps that is it. Seems much speculation right now.
Is it possible for Avenatti to get the order unsealed? Or at least to get more information? Legal minds, help.

(50,304 posts)12. Maybe it's sealed because the name Trump is contained in it.
