In my defense/Onion's bad joke-- Bachmann

Okay I jumped. I'm a fuckin asshole I'll admit it! BUT this Onion story isn't a good thing right now. IF they had said Romney or someone else I might have taken a step back and seen it was the Onion but with Bachmann in recent weeks It is par for course for her.

Michelle Bachmann may have seriously put the lives of those individuals at the temple in danger.

People are very stupid in some parts of the country. I was out today and overheard people talking about the shootings at the temple and THEY thought It was a Muslim mosque.

Our country has gotten dumb for the most part. If it ain't Judo-Christian they see it as evil OR don't want to know anything about it.


Michelle Bachmann has been saying some VERY dangerous things.

She keeps talking about the Muslim brotherhood and has accused two people:
Huma Abedion (ap?) and Rep Ellison of being part of this organization. This woman has yet to be called on her Bullshit! Because of Bachmann and the others following in her Hate speech of the Muslim brotherhood. Huma has needed protection.

I don't know all the facts about The Temple shooting BUT I wouldn't not be surprised IF Bachmann's words didn't play some part in this.

What worries me is everyone chalks her words up to her being a tea partier. BUT we have got to face it She and those in the tea party who talk about Muslim brotherhoods and second amendment remedies are causing a serious rift in this country.

We can't chalk it up to something to laugh at anymore. We can't just say not a big deal. These people are inspiring violence and it needs to stop.

So laugh at me if you want. THIS TIME THE ONION MADE A TASTELESS JOKE>

Nor it is your fault that The Onion has become so damned good at what they do, the results can be just plain brutal. Like Cinderella's fairy godmother, they can take a crumb of truth and turn it into a three–tiered cake with frosting.

2. I can't laugh at you, my boyfriend fell for it, and

when he related the story to me, I completely bought it, too. She HAS said some stupid shit lately, and the satire of the onion story was too subtle. It was completely plausible to me that she said that. Only after we talked about her really having "jumped the shark" this time, did he notice the Onion link. Totally not laughing at you, here...really sad how plausible it was.
