I've gotta say - how on earth would the Russians know to hack THIS guy. Some relatively obscure politician from what I would respectfully call a lower-profile state? HOW ON EARTH WOULD THEY KNOW such political intricacies, where to target, how vulnerable that target is, and even who it is challenging that target? UNLESS... they had help, from assets on the ground. AMERICAN assets on the ground.

And who would be most likely to have that kind of precision-targeting info? Domestic political operatives familiar with the targeted home turf, who work for a particular political party that clearly welcomes "friends" who help them cheat to win.

I've actually been a member of DU since GWB was elected, which had me up in arms during the entire eight years he was pResident. I was SO happy when Obama was elected and didn't post very much after that but still followed DU regularly. Never in a million years did I think we'd have a president that that was so horrible that he would make GWB look like a statesman!

Anyway, somehow all my posts got lost and I was back to the beginning again. It's good to be back here with like minds and some hope that things will get better.
