Clueless Mitt responds to "Romney Hood" on Fox: "If I were to coin a term, it would be 'Obamaloney'"

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/07/mitt-romney-obamaloney_n_1752256.html

A new neologism entered the 2012 presdential campaign on Tuesday.

Mitt Romney, speaking to Fox News, responded to President Barack Obama calling his tax plan "Romney Hood." Obama said that the rich would see their taxes lowered while the middle class would pay more, citing a Tax Policy Center study.

"We have been watching the president say a lot of things about me and my policies -- and they're just not right," Romney said. "And if I were to coin a term, it would be 'Obamaloney.'"

"He's serving up a dish which is simply in contradiction with the truth."

-snip-

The article points out that Romney's apparently copying Newt Gingrich's debate attack on him for his "pious baloney."

But Obama's use of "Romney Hood" was deft and instantly memorable.

Romney's "Obamaloney" is as clumsy as Romney usually is, and instantly cringeworthy.

given that campaigns these days are mostly about increasing turnout, they probably used registered republicans instead.

He just says the other guy is lying. But just like all Romney assertions he offers no proof. In the meantime we got scads of proof that Romney is a lying sac o chit.

Obama isn't making anything up. His criticism is based on the Tax Policy Center's study which clearly shows Romney's tax plan WILL cut taxes for the rich and raise taxes for everyone else.

This falls right in line with the Rmoney campaign's pitiful attempts to attack Obama with whatever they're really guilty of (being blatant liars). Conservatives use psychological projection all the time because they have no legitimate arguments.

As soon as they figure out how to pronounce it, not mention what it's supposed to mean.
