Okay, he's as stupid as a block of wood, but there he is grinning and saying that sending Justice dept people to Russia was a good idea.

It's almost like he would be fine with them being imprisoned and killed, which is, of course, what would happen.

And he was all in with sending Bill Browder there to be disappeared.

Yes, he and drumpf would love for Mueller to be gone and that indeed could be part of their plan. However, the caveat also is enormously important - Putin's spies get to go to Langley and question anyone they want there. Funny (NOT) Putin made the exact same offer to England where it didn't get considered for one minute, stating they would not let Russian intelligence into a location where they could steal state secrets. of course, drumpf wants this to happen so is over the moon with what he thinks is sneaky opportunity to give putin access to confidential information without 45 personally having to read anything, double win for him.
