Can an injunction be levied on further GOP legislature leadership actions now?

Impostors, thieves and saboteurs... Putin's filth the lot of them. Let's sue that organization at the National level for damages and out of freaking business.
We should seek damages.

prevents any litigation or prosecution against members of Congress while in performance of their work as congresscritters. However, of course they can be held responsible for crimes committed while not acting as legislators.
