Russian action wasn't unconstitutional because...you don't constitutionally have a right to vote. You have a STATE right, because your State chooses to give it to you. Regardless of interference, Trump was constitutionally elected, as were the Senate members who would ultimately rule on an impeachment resolution, which is the only Constitutional means to remove a President before an election. If you're advocating for anything different, you've given up your ability to challenge any extra-constitutional action against a future Democratic President.

But we have only to get our shit together for November. If the majority speaks out and votes in Democrats and doesn't dilute their voice by voting for other diluting candidates, we can then demand that congress acts with the voice of the people.

for impeachment and conviction, there would have to be an arrangement, as there was with Ford, on the replacement.

Of course impeachment is not happening, nor is anything else, absent an extraordinary change of circumstances.

......."a bi-partisan caretaker administration". Neither impeachment nor resignation allows for such a thing. In either case, it's President Pence.

Since we are just deciding what we want and ignoring our own rules, we should all get ponys.

The founders didn't write in a factor dealing with ponys, but they should have.

Feel this way, fine. Just recognize that there is no Constitutional mechanism to make this happen.

Trump won the Electoral College. Clinton conceded. He was sworn in. Russia's thumb on the scale has not been proven to be the decisive factor in his victory.

Impeachment? That can and should happen, ASAP after Mueller delivers his findings. Or Dems take Congress.

I don't even care if Trump's not convicted in the Senate. I want that stain on his fat Orange ass in 2020.
