Is Trump trying to time Putin's visit with his Parade?

He sure likes the dictator gig surveying his hardware and what better for him to try and impress his lover with all his toys. I suspect Putin would skip it or maybe let him play King and show off his guns and missiles but still find a way to humiliate Trump and us.

Why is he doing this? Where's the hue and cry from Americans to 'make friends w russia"? It's not like it's been a national issue like healthcare or taxes etc...it's just something he's doing ex parte, and saying "some folks have said", in the fox 'news' format. We are/have been fine with our stance towards our enemy. If he was creating peaceful ties around the world MAYBE he'd have a leg to stand on, but, he's making enemies to embrace the real one...RUSSIA.

One can only imagine how it could be perceived in Russia. And around the world.

The American military puts on a show for Putin, the leader of the Russians. He would look like the Commander in Chief - not Donald Trump. It would be disastrous, perhaps even moreso than Helsinki.

It doen't take a lot of foresight to see how Putin would use this to his advantage. America would look captured and controlled.

he wanted his BFF to visit before the midterms, thinking that it would give the GOP a boost(!). But when I heard the news I just assumed he wanted the visit to coincide with The Big Phallic Parade so he could show off how awesomely powerful he is and all. Problem is, he can't possibly outdo Pootie's military parades because we don't have anything like Red Square, and he's already been told he can't have tanks because they'll wreck D.C.'s streets, which gave him a sad.
