2. It really is a stupid law.

Instead of having to prove that you had a reasonable fear, just to bring the case, the prosecutors have to prove you didn't, and the law is so vague that's virtually impossible. It's why George Martin isn't rotting in prison for killing Trayvon Martin.

If you watch the whole video he backs off as soon as he sees the gun drawn and pointed at him.
You count 2 seconds later then the guy on the ground fires it.

I'll be honest I don't see how this is a stand your ground case, the guy was backing off
