That is in Brooklyn and may include the town house that Manafort bought in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn back in 2012.
But what crime does Brennan need immunity against?

In 2014, Brennan ran against a Republican named Mikhail Yusupov. Sounds Russian to me. Brennan handily beat him. I wonder if Mikhail Y is somehow involved too.

My guess is in direct, the prosecution would establish that he is testifying under immunity. It is probably best to get that out in front of the jury right away. Jurors may not take too kindly to waiting until cross exam that the witness had immunity. I would not be surprised if the potential underlying crime came out on direct.

16. James Brennan is far too common a name to smear

with speculation. No doubt relatives of a couple of other former James Brennan politicians will be glad they're safely dead. Another James Brennan who was once in politics is 92.

Then there are all the other James Brennans who have not held elective office.

I did some searching and there is a Dennis Raico in the NYC Metropolitan area. My guess is that he was involved with the mortgage fraud on Manafort's townhouse in Brooklyn.
