Assuming Ms. Davis is correctly quoting Russias Defense Ministry here (and I believe she is), it may turn out that Trump will now need to choose between listening either to the US CENTCOM Commander Gen. Votel or the Russian Defense Ministry, which is now bad-mouthing General Votel.
