WAPO headline: Without evidence, Trump claims Russia 'will be pushing very hard for the Democrats'

Full headline: Without evidence, Trump claims Russia ‘will be pushing very hard for the Democrats’ in 2018 midterms

President Trump on Tuesday claimed, without evidence, that the Kremlin will support Democrats in the November midterms, debuting a new line on Russian interference as the uproar over his shifting stances on the issue enters its second week.

Now, was that so very hard, Washington Post? Lead off with the fact that what Trump said maybe isn't true, and remind your readers that Trump's been very inconsistent over the last couple of weeks. It only took us dirty fucking hippies a year and a half of screaming at you that you were burying the lede for you to get it. Is it too much to hope that this is a trend and not an outlier?

Everything evil he does, he projects onto his opponent: Hillary is crooked, Bernie is crazy, the Democrats rigged the election etc etc etc so this accusation that Russia is going to interfere to help the Democrats in the upcoming election kind of worries me. He is practically announcing that he and Putin have had their little logistics meeting and all systems are go.
