Not really a diverse place to live...The racial makeup of the city is 82.2% White, 0.04% Black or African American, 1% Native American, 0.09% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 3.41% from other races, and 3.1% from two or more races. 12.2% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

(20,765 posts)He was given a room, and obviously advertised for them to be there, and no one asked him why or what he was doing? You'd need to jump through years of meetings and approvals to get any where near the taxpayers where I live.

(42,001 posts)The jist was that an email was received and their booking people checked out the supposed production company and saw red flags so turned them down. I suppose small town venues arent stringent and word gets around. What amazes me are the Cheney and Palin and other people who dont seem capable of vetting.
