According to a Defense Attorney who's dealt with Mueller Investigation... End of September

David Shuster tweet:

According to defense lawyer who has dealt with Mueller team, the special counsel is proceeding without expectation of Trump testimony and plans report for Congress by end of September. I’m skeptical given plea deals, Manafort trial, + other loose ends. But, FYI. #muellertime

As noted here many times before, targets of investigations are never subpoenaed for testimony.

David Shuster is hit and miss. We don't know when, and I bet Shuster doesn't either. nt FreepFryer Jul 2018 #1

I remember someone saying something recently that, if, Mueller doesn't release anything during the month of August, then he will wait until after the mid-term election in November so as to be in compliance with DOJ policy not to interfere with elections.

For weeks, SHUSTER was featured saying KKKarl would be indicted within a couple of weeks, breathlessly quoting unnamed sources. When it all went poof, he revealed that his "sources" were actually attorneys who had lots of experience with grand juries but who, in this instance, had NO direct connection to *THIS* case, the FITZGERALD crew, or with anybody near the grand jury. In other words,

SHUSTER's attorneys were in the role of *PUNDITS* giving their OPINIONS.
