Interesting. Conspiracy and Obstruction of justice are likely coming for the Trumpians involved in the Russian interference in the 2016 election.

One of the other folks on the Rachel show tonight gave a great analogy to explain how one can be charged with conspiracy even though the act might not have been successful. Analogy was that Person A and Person B put together plan to rob a bank. One of items in the plan is to steal a car. They steal the car, but never rob the bank. They both can be convicted of conspiracy because they acted on the plan to rob the bank.

and they re-ran his statement that stood out to me. He said that just because Rudy says that "collusion" isn't a legal crime in law lingo doesn't mean anything. He made the analogy that a "bank heist" isn't legal lingo either but "bank robbery" is and they are both the same thing. Rudy is blowing smoke as usual. I wish he got lost during his two week vacation and stayed "lost" since it was so nice not hearing his BS and his name a zillion times a day. I wish he got lost at the bottom of the East River wearing a nice new pair of concrete shoes.
