Thats what Im waiting to hear from some family and friends that voted for Trump.
None of them are quite there YET.
But a few are starting to question SOME of what he says.
Does anybody have an uplifting story of a Trumper in their life who has seen the light?

(33,345 posts)Of course, I don't really talk to any except on discussion boards, where their incoherence and whataboutism make any rational discourse impossible.
All my relatives (save my 3 siblings who hate him as much as I do)? I don't talk to them. Détente.

They dont like Trump but they like the tax cuts.
The Helsinki thing got them thinking. They are worried what Mueller has on all of the GOP.
I cant even talk to the other type of Trumpers - the racist, sexist, ones.

(33,345 posts)They like plenty of the things our taxes pay for, and plenty of the regulation that stops corporations from poisoning us.
They just hate that someone they don't like might get something they need with a portion of those taxes.
Republicans are filled with spite and resentment.
