According to sources familiar with President’s reaction this morning, the Mueller response was genesis for today's tweet storm. Mueller, according to sources, wants to ask about obstruction of justice among other topics

Mueller responded to something and it made Trump angry? What was he responding to? The Manafort request for a delay?
