I'm not interested in the wrong part. Trump doesn't make things up, he mixes things up. Somebody recently told him about something that's been going on for 17 years. The question is who and what.

It's been "advanced" for some time. The off-script rambling word salad of disjointed utterances that suddenly stop short, pivot to a completely different subject, then eventually come back to the initial subject, have been going on for several years now.
