1. Should be a large enough % of todays vote

and with the reality that the reddest parts of the map is almost done. I'd say o'connor probably has this.

5. Yes but what's out favors o connor

Which is great since it's the other big county that Republican usually count on. If o connor runs the tables in franklin county and win or barely lose Delaware county he has it in the bag. There is not enough votes in the other counties to make up for it.
