...the fast pace required makes his focus even more difficult. He should be a panelist, or a resource. I cut the guy some slack because he is a type 1 diabetic and because he occasionally has residual issues from malaria contracted when he was in the Peace Corps. He does have a deep knowledge of Washington political history. But it's time. I think he would fight resigning bitterly.
