Fentanyl execution in Nebraska today

An execution with a new fentanyl based drug cocktail will take place in Nebraska today. Sorry no link just read this on my TV.

To have their anesthetic and pain management drugs linked with lethal injection? Seems like that mere fact makes their case in terms of "harm" necessary to bring the suit.
