So I’m asking the families: In the memory of your children and the memory of the truth -- you say it’s super hurtful to hear these things, I agree. Because people take the families of victims, and they should, hold them up. I remember talking about the deadly dust killing people in the World Trade Center and they covered it up for decades and now it’s admitted. They do that and they hold it up. But the First Amendment’s pretty important but I don’t know how they’re going to say Alex Jones is mean, he’s making people come be deposed, Alex Jones is mean, he’s put P.I.’s on the street. Instead of further antagonizing your victims, why don't you use your vast media empire to go after the people who parrot your rantings about Sandy Hook? You may have apologized (I don't recall that) and you may have "done it all" (whatever that means), but it seems your fans continue to propagate the hurtful things you said. Why don't you go after them? Why don't you tell them to stop repeating your demented rantings, which you now are trying to disown? Would that take a lot of time? Probably. they are so bold, but once the opposition uses market forces to battle back, they start whining and saying that it isn't fair to use their own words against them. They start, FALSLEY, saying that their rights are being trampled. It isn't your rights idiots, it is the market speaking about you being provided a platform and audience to spew your crap. That is not a right. I don't have a radio show or television show. I can't just go on Fox and start talking about progressive values, because it isn't a right. I can go to my city council meeting, to a political forum at my representative's office, my state and US Senator, etc.. and redress my grievances there because that is a RIGHT.

I may have the opportunity to do a radio show or TV show, but it certainly is not my right to have one. The GOVERNMENT is not stopping you from speaking, it is the majority of the people who are willing to stop patronizing your sponsors or visiting websites, or using social media because they no longer want to put up with your shit.

It is private citizens using their right to sue for the damages your vile messages have caused them that are causing your advertisers or people who let you spew on their sites to have second thoughts.

That is democracy, not infringement.
