presumably suborning perjury, if he asked them to lie under oath.

witness tampering, obstruction, etc.

obviously a high crime and misdemeanor as well, if congress cared about such things....

So we could be talking SELF PARDONING? Also would Mueller ask Manafort this question after receiving and accepting this possible pardon? Sorry so many questions!

though it's also possible for donnie to commit a state-level criminal offense by promising a federal pardon if he's trying to get a witness to commit perjury or obstruct justice in a state-level investigation/trial.

i don't think any court would really uphold a self-pardon. i think it's just too ridiculous, too obviously contrary to the framers' intent.

yes, mueller could ask about a pardon, though presumably manafort would just lie about that....
